Our History

Starting his real estate journey in 1985 as a General Contractor, David Reid's early exposure to commercial projects ignited his passion for investment. He soon began investing in land, development, and buildings personally. By 1993, armed with his broker's license, David expanded his focus to assisting investors with significant projects and empowering business owners to become commercial property owners. His experience deepened through a substantial role with a major private university (1994-2012), where he oversaw over $250 million in real estate acquisitions, including key regional centers.
